climbing the Currecanti Needle
Sunday, August 22nd, 2010Truely one of Colorado’s great wilderness climbs. Multiple ways to access climb; all of which are fun and challenging. The climb itself has two of the best 5.9 pitches to be found anywhere. And the setting is nothing short of spectacular! If you love climbing in beautiful and remote settings, make sure you do this great day-long adventure!
‘Crested Butte Goes Crazy’
Thursday, August 19th, 2010That is the title that will be appearing on the cover of Mountain Bike Action Magazine’s October 2010 issue! It seems that the town of Crested Butte and all that it has to offer impressed the magazine editors over the 30th Annual Fat Tire Bike Week enough to feature Crested Butte in a 15 page spread in their upcoming issue. The magazine will be released in mid-September, but here is a glimpse of the article with a special acknowledgement given to CBMG!

Friday, August 13th, 2010CBMG has been busy guiding rock-climbing adventures all over the Gunnison valley and beyond, including trips to Taylor, Cement Creek, Spring Creek, Hartmans, Guide’s Ridge and even the infamous Black Canyon.
